Terms and Conditions

Tutors of a Touch of Class acts as an agent on the behalf of the tutor (‘Tutor’) and will introduce the Tutor to client (client).

Fees and payment

Lessons are payable in advance by card at the advertised hourly rate via Stripe.

The client is responsible for checking invoices to ensure that the lessons have been correctly logged, and for raising any issues promptly by emailing: admin@tutorsofatouchofclass.co.uk

The Client must not make payments directly to the tutor at any time.

Cancellation Policy

The client and Tutor are responsible for notifying one another in advance of any necessary changes to the lesson timetable.  An alternative date will be arranged.

A 24–hour cancellation policy is in operation, whereby the Tutor may charge the Client in full if the Client cancels a lesson within 24 hrs of the scheduled start time.

 Non Solicitation

The Client must not make private arrangements for tuition with a Tutor introduced by Tutors of a Touch of Class.

Liability

Tutors of a Touch of Class provide a matching service. All Tutors are interviewed and have a current CRB Enhanced police check. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that adequate supervision is in place during the lesson.

Personal Data

Tutors of a Touch of Class uses Client data to communicate with the Client including information about lessons , invoicing and information about Tutor of a Touch of Class, where applicable.
